Eltham Residence is a thoughtful reimagining of a compact bathroom, transforming an underperforming wet area into a space that feels calm, functional and connected to the way the home is used today. Working within the existing footprint, the project focused on improving everyday usability through careful planning and the introduction of a dedicated laundry, allowing multiple functions to coexist without compromising comfort or spatial clarity.

Materiality was deliberately restrained, creating a timeless backdrop that feels both contemporary and enduring. Every decision was guided by functionality and longevity, from storage and circulation through to the considered selection of finishes and fixtures. The result is a highly resolved bathroom and laundry renovation that elevates daily routines while bringing greater practicality and flexibility to family living.
